Terrible jokes aside, this is a relatively simple song using the Plogue Chipsounds version of the VIC-1 chip set to unlimited pitch.
The master mix was then sent through Plogue chipcrusher to make it sound like it's coming out of a monitor, finally with some Altiverb added to make said monitor create reverb akin to my neighbour's basement
