For those not chemically inclined, this is the formula for the reaction between acetic acid (vinegar) and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda). :D

EDIT: I messed up and did not copy the equation properly. The second term of the reactants should be NaHCO3. Oh well, I doubt there are many chemists on BotB, so probably not that many people will notice anyway.

Not many that would be able to tell? That's not very nice to our chemists.
