A little pixel art I made with the 9bit RGB color palette (A.K.A. the Turbografx 16 / Sega Genesis palette)
I had no restrictions with the ammount of colors, but I made it on a small size because...
Oh and I also aimed for the 90s moe anime style that I love so much~
