Welcome to Chipwrecked!
Chipwrecked is an outdoor chiptune festival, which happens every year on the Danish island of Bornholm. If you have never heard about it before, you can read more about it on the festival website.
This year, we have thought of a special surprise for both the BotBrs and the festival visitors, because we’re doing a crossover! This battle will run until the festival happens and then we will have a live show where we play the results right at the festival! If you can’t visit the festival this year, don’t worry. We will stream the live show, too!
The winner of the battle will also get three tickets for free for next year's festival!
This battle is a 25 Samples 48 Hours battle, comparable to old battle series like Detroit or Ann Arbor. First, we will have a bit period, where you can submit audio samples to this battle. (Code for this battle type isn't completed right now - we will use the 25 samples with most favs on period end) After the samples have been voted on, the best 25 of them will make the bitpack. You will then have 48 hours to create your track. You may only use the 25 provided samples for it. I hope, this is a lot of fun for everyone!

- Entries that have been previously publicly released are not allowed.
- While generative processes are permitted if designed by the entrant, they should never be used as a substitute for putting real human effort into your entries on BotB.
