i just learned about plugdata

, a pretty JUCE+gui+extended wrapper for puredata. maybe you just learned about it too..

say there was interest in a puredata battle which used either plugdata or another flavor of pd- they tend to have higher-level, more practical features. is it feasible, how may it be called upon in the battles requirements?

and on that note, may some be interested....?

I think the current format spec permits so long as youre able to play it back in vanilla pd with no issue. So in other words, you can benefit from the usability upgrades/gui but not so much for things unsupported by the original pd format

Maybe a wiresplus format could work as an unrestricted signalist format in that some element of it uses a signalist software or principle
