Hi, everyone! I want to make a thing that would notify people about new battles, entries and more. What will be the best platform for that? An IRC bot, RSS feed or something else? Please help me to decide and give your opinions on what will be more convenient for you to use ^^

we have an IRC/discord bot that does this, actually! in addition to what you suggested, it also posts about most things happening on the site, like logins/logouts, and the "bulletin" forum post type. in case you're interested in joining our chat there's some links in the menu up top!
