You know what would have been really fun with this exploit? Giving negative boons to the bank of BotB. Imagine: Rolling. In. Boons. That was the "bigger problem" I found.

Thanks to you, Stelpa, I found this bug/exploit, and it was ace. I am going to give you a cash reward: all the boons you need to have ~_b256 (since apparently our boon counts are semi-precise floating point numbers). You have _b12.68 as of now. _b256 is enough for you to host a OHB for _b125 (you get your money thrown back at you if it has three or more participants), with _b131 as an extra little something. With that kind of spare cash you can post new bulletins for _b25, liēk posts for a nub (_b0.01), or create palettes to spice up your experience here. I'm happy that you decided to go under a new name, Nekk.

M-hm. No one should have <0 boons, unless I'm missing something here (perhaps we're allowed to accumulate debt for some reason, but even then, how?).

I can testify to having had negative boons briefly when I first joined BotB (I think I changed my icon after upoading or something like that)

The thing he didn't put on the Profile Editor page is that after the first avatar, each new one costs you its size in kilobytes. This is a rece— actually, looking at the update log, it's been like that for more than a year and a half. Yikes, that was fast!

Found the poop of code doing that. Silly mistake. It was allowing an avatar upload no matter what if a botbr didn't have one, but it was not changing the cost in boons to zero. I'll go through all the negatively booned botbrs and set them straight. :D/

I've noticed myself receiving about 800 boons a week ago, or so. I was very happy, until they were taken away the very next day and now I'm in the negative again.

I hope you fix this soon, because I can't submit a free sample to Detroit VIII! :'(

There are still negative boon counts according to the Roll Call pages. I've seen boon counts as low as -88.85_b.

Weird, stupid boons. :(
