With the addition of the `mod4k` format (which actually has a format token of `mod04k`) it was officially decided to rename `mod8k` to `mod08k`. In theory all format listings will now have the `modXk` formats appearing in ascending order.

Updated all entries and battles from mod8k to mod08k.
Updated lyceum article to mod08k format
Added mod04k and updated mod08k on the lyceum format page.
Any other links to mod8k page will need updating.
Tested browser and all seems well.

current badge progresses are broken as well. it *almost* displays correctly on the BotBrBadges Page, but with missing numbers + chipchamp and strobe are missing their badge icon and the format token in my badge-progress-list is still mod8k instead of mod08k.


EDIT: oh! after my badge-list got updated, the mod08k token is displayed correctly. seems like its a cache-problem as well!
