Now all entry pages contain this meta information. If you link an entry page in facebook the facebook player will appear (so long as your entry has an mp3).

My next question...? Would it be such a bad idea to add share icons on BotB pages? Beyond facebook and twitter what other sites would be worth hitting? Maybe it would make more sense to go ahead and do it, offering an option to hide them!??!?!?! =o

I'm up for allowing people to do whatever and be free to share whatever they want. However, personally I'm anti social networks and would never and don't do anything that requires either Twitter, Facebook, or MySpace logins.

I agree, if people want to share it on their MySpace, Facebook, etc. go ahead.

Except, I don't know how good the site would look if we added an AddThis on every page.

I went with AddThis but stripped it down. I think there is a way to detect cookies from social sites, a way to detect what sites a BotBr uses. No reason to display every possible icon! :( Again, all this could be put in the settings too...

Reading other cookies? Some Malware/Spyware protection programs could treat that as an attack, I think?

It uses a hidden iFrame to detect if a series of URLs come up as visited links. According to the comments there seems to be problems with the accuracy. Don't know how many social networks to include... a handful? As many as possible?

I would include all of them.

It probably should be an option in the settings.
