Also not related, but badges from winning with a collab entry is also not shared with collaboraters

Actually related, my Nintendo Trilogy entry is borked. If I try to readd pigdevil2010/Pigu as collaborator, it... removes myself as a collaborator?

EDIT: I can't manually add myself because it just brings up "n00b can't collabdong on n00b's own entry" despite me not being listed as collaborator

I just took a look at this in the database and I'm hella confused. I'll do my best to try and recreate this scenario on my local box tonight and figure this all out.

Well, the good news, at the very least, is that I managed to recreate the issue on my local box.

Figured it out. I read all the collabdong code. It's almost exactly a year old. There's a couple of questionable design decisions in there. I removed all collabdong data for your entry from the dirty, filthy, recessed corners of the database. My estimated time to actually fix/refactor the problem: about 3 hours.

Should be working for you now though.
