I know this might be of little to no use for anyone but me, but in lack of a better place to write about it, i decided to post it here.

I accidentally discovered a (most likely) undocumented ability to toggle between at least two GUI sizes in Windows' Volume Control with [CTRL + S] key combination, which might come in handy if you happen to have little screen space.
This was only tested on Windows XP SP3 32bit, gonna check it on 8.1 x64 later.

Also, located the registry key that stores this setting (again, it's Windows XP SP3)
"HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Applets\Volume Control\Options" in the "Style" DWORD value, which is either 512 (normal size) or 32 (mini size) in decimal numbers.

NICE
