In this compo, noodlebuckets submitted just after I ended voting (or possibly just before?), but then I clicked to extend voting to it could get some votes. It ended up having no late penalty at all?

Either this was caused by entry during tally, or by extending the voting. Not sure which?

There was a conditional around using the late penalty if only the battle was in a voteperiod. I couldn't see how that was affected by extended voting, but changed it to checking if the vote beginning time had passed rather than if it's in a votePeriod as that's a window defined in the end part (butt (where the poop comes from ( ))><(( ))) by the tallyTime. So yeah I'm hoping for the best butt it feels sound.
