I would like to report that last times it is almost impossible to vote with the "Opera" browser. Sub-sites don't load. :(

Some browsers block popups in an effort to protect you from malicious ads. Hopefully, that's what it is and you can tell Opera that it's ok for battleofthebits.com to launch popups.
