Thanks! Could probably due to me writing more for concert performance recently - for some reason I felt a greater need to work towards a coherent piece when writing for performance rather than when writing electronically, and then I think that bled back into my electronic writing. I'm definitely noticing a greater reliance on development of melodic fragments and short motifs in my music this year.
