PlugBot is a very own invention of Jangler, which coexists with Strobe's IRC bot on #botb.
Make sure you don't use it too frequently (once a minute is perfectly acceptable), since Jangler's scripts might automatically kick you out from the channel for the bot abuse and, if you repeat that, ban you.
Command list
- !bgrep query - searches for an BotB battle and then hands out the first result, with "query" being the query;
- !commands - this very list;
- !define value - a less glitchy version of @BotB's define command, where "value" should be replaced with a word you'd like to get a definition of;
- !egrep query - searches for an BotB entry and then hands out the first result, with "query" being the query;
- !fact - gives out a random (statistics-based) fact about BotB, BotBrs, their battles and their entries;
- !hosts format - lists BotBrs who can host a certain format, with "format" being the format's name, obviously enough;
- !joogle botbr - links to a certain BotBr's metaprofile on Jangler.info;
- !hz note - prints the frequency of a certain pitch (notes like C-4 go fine with it);
- !ladder - prints the URL of Joogle's OHB ladder;
- !lgrep query - searches for the lyceum article and then hands out the first result, same works for the !lyceum command;
- !url query - looks through the IRC log for a URL matching the given pattern;
- !ruby codestring - valuates code in a sandboxed Ruby environment;
- !scgrep query - searches for a SoundCloud track and then hands out the first result;
- !tag query - hands out the URL of a given tag;
- !tgrep query - searches for BotB entries with a given tag query and then hands out the first result;
- !nsfmania - how much time's left until the NSFMania submission/voting period closes;
- !whatis command - explains a given command;
- !butt - moons you (no, really);
- !ddg - does something with DuckDuckGo?? (?????);
- !fiction - print an excerpt from "The Song of the Volsungs";
- !helo - hands out a link to Huddersfield Experimental Laptop Orchestra's VEVO.
