Hey hey thank you!! Speaking of avatars, sick 360! Reminds me of an AI add on for aseprite I saw someone made, that helps generate 360 images. Still required a lot of clean up but pretty cool.
Da Flarf recommended You as someone who could help Me with some pixel work.
I am currently trying to make Castlevania Circle of the Moon (the GBA game) on the Sega Mega Drive. The last 6 Months I have done 2 Prototype Games on the NES using Assembler, now I wanted to do something on Mega Drive or SNES.
I got inspired by the guy who is doing Castlevania Symphony of the Night on the Mega Drive.
Circle of the Moon was my very first "Metroidvania" esque Castlevania game and my first own GBA game back in 2001, so it has a special place.
As I am not exactly an pixel artist and would need some help with it. The main issue is that the original assets (sprites backgrounds etc.) are too small on the bigger screen resolution of the Sega Mega Drive.
I tried to scale them up by 200%, but that is too big. I found that scaling by 150% would be ideal (size-wise) but this also distorts the original pixel art, and there is a lot of manual editing work required. I tried to do it by Myself for sprite sheet of Nathan Graves (the main character) but there is definitive way of improvement.
Would You be able, (and more importantly) and willing to help me with my project?
