related to this post about making Public Toilet unable to host battles, this account has also been given a parasite ailment (i.e. can't host) until further notice. i don't exactly expect that anyone would've hosted with this account anyway, but it's best to be consistent across all the public accounts... my condolences to the groundskeeper
