then again, i think one of the drawbacks to your compositions is not necessarily the content but the intent, ie we have no idea because nothing is given as to why things sound the way they sound - and so people are left to judge for themselves what the intent is, which can then present itself as disrespectful

well, thanks a lot for the feedback, but i actually didn't feel disrespected - in my viewpoint, "low-effort" might also mean we are being wise managing our efforts - in fact, i think we can only tell the effort involved from our whole lifetime, on making experiences, on getting surprised when they sound great to us, or sound greater to otter than ourselves and we can't imagine why and then try to research about and make even more experiences - and from all i have listened up to now, from everywhere, i never found a relation between an interesting music and effort - i think that the effort only can be "measure" from the wide range of different experiences you make, the risks you take (the more the better), and then you learn from, everything you listen and analyze, everything you study and get curious to try, etc., all the baggage of experiences you collect before composing a "low-effort" song - i think it's not only me having this opinion...
