well, it's not directly from the movie, it just happens to also be in the movie.

Technically any sampling is a copyright violation, since supposedly the moment a piece of artwork is made it is under copyright, there just isn't anything to legally back it up so fuck 'em! ( Of course, then there is the whole Creative Commons thing, but that is another beast all together. ) Also, I could be completely misinformed and everything I just typed is absolutely worthless...
