i used to spend my teenage summers going to the arcades with friends to play dance dance revolution.

written on lsdj 9.2.L
inspired by the music of azuria sky, defense mechanism and yasunori mitsuda
i'm happy i was able to do all the volume fades and transitions in the gameboy, i usually rely on a DAW for that kinda stuff, i'm proud of the results here!

this is absolutely precious! i love when the sweetheart melody enters in the middle of the song and how it slides back into some of the original stuff before the outro (which, surprise, is also great). wonderful dynamic & dramatic writing, covers a lot of ground in less than 3min. i feel like a kid down by the lake with my friends in summertime

exceptional arrangement! the part - roughly - from 0:40 to 1:10 is my fave because it feels a tiny bit chromatic.

This one is surprising and super cheerful! The coolest thing about this song to me is how it does stuff like pitch bends, fade ins, and true mutes to give it a split second of complextro goodness, then go back to that happy melody with the driving beat.
