Ah yes, nature in its hauntingly beautiful beauty over by the lakeside...

And yes, I am revealing with this submission that I am a photographer myself, having been out sightseeing for many, many years (this one is from 2017: I could have chosen a much more recent one, but truth be told, I'd prefer that the time had well passed and more importantly, this is an interesting combination of weather conditions combined with the scene).

damn yea, fog. one of my most favorite ways to set a mood.
this is amazing. good camera too that it is able to capture the fog that well, tho I assume it looked even better irl

Actually, the way I took it was to merely max out the shutter speed on my settings as well as I think also increasing the f-stop to increase the quickest supported shutter speed for extra effect. So in IRL... well, it looked brighter than this, to put things simply, and probably somewhat duller. I can say the same thing about a lunar eclipse, actually: my eyes caught it duller than my camera did.

I have several cameras that I've used over the years. This one was taken with a Nikon Coolpix P600.

Wow! My first non-format medal in a long, long time! (That hasn't happened since Summer Chip II, which was very early on in my history with Battle of the Bits.)
