Yep, you have the correct shinyjiggly. As you can tell, I was strapped for time and rushed a lot of things. There was one part where I knew I should have cleaned up some things but I literally had five minutes left and had to submit. You can probably figure out which overworld theme I ripped it off of-imean drew heavy inspiration from if you listen carefully enough (I think it was from one of the gameboy final fantasy games? all I remember is that it got stuck in my head for a while after watching a gameplay video a couple months back).
As for joining the IRC thing, my browser doesn't really like the java app and I can't find where the server and channel is posted so I can attempt to connect via hexchat.
Also, I completely screwed up and didn't notice the actual theme that was posted in the txt file @ _@
