the title refers to how florida is becoming more dangerous and unpleasant to live in, as a trans person, a minority, and just in general. yet, there are so many friends and communities and nature and food and culture that i would sorely miss if i left!
like i know florida sucks but also, there's still parts i love!

attachment to place is such a powerful source to draw from for inspiration for a sound like this. i like how the chip sounds fit within the arrangement of this one a lot, and the arrangement in general feels so lush, warm, inviting, comfortable, aided by all the live elements. really sweet tune, well done!
