It didn't take me too long to make this. Maybe 1-2 hours or so.
Special thanks to raphaelgoulart and his 1k bytebeat entry "1k dance". He explained how his entry worked for me, so I could get a better understanding of what was going on. This entry's code is based off of 1k dance, but I modified certain things to make it more convenient for myself.
Sorry for the crusty audio. Bytebeat is just like that (at least when you're making your entry at 11khz and the like), but if anyone wants to make a 44khz version, it'd be nice.
EDIT: MP3 render is now 44khz, made by raphaelgoulart.
