it2moai 0.4 was used
individual note volume really changes the game here, huh? overall it's great for improved sound design and making way more sounds, like, usable, at all... but it's also pretty crazy how big a difference it makes for this tool.
also, sean found that moai can take decimal values for pitches, so a lot of my echo effects have detune applied, and i also used it to make the mario paint guitar be in tune
IT TOOK AGES TO RENDER THIS and even this render isn't perfect - one small hiccup near the end and it froze at the very end so my big echo is glitched out, you can hear all the last notes hit at once lol. (it's not too loud, don't worry) in the end though, this was close enough for me to say, ah screw it, let's roll with it. definitely on the outer bounds of what is renderable in the tool, since it lacks wav export still...
