Why didn't you set it to 44 kHz? The quality of the render is pretty bad compared to what you'd get with the GBS or VGM.

That's why you gotta render your own stuff right away. Stop Slimeball before he starts!!! Or whomever else it may be. Who knows, it might be ME coming for your renderables!

As for the rest... I dunno. I still like to keep my things in control. I really wish I could opt out of this.

"Right after I just finished my OHC" isn't necessarily the time when I most feel like recording or rendering an MP3 of my entry anyway; I prefer to do them in batches. That's another reason why I'd like to block people from rendering my stuff. If only there was a way to overwrite an existing render with a new one, then I wouldn't complain as much...

I think you can ask puke7 for that kind of thing, IIRC he has done that before.

And I apologize for snatching your render... Didn't know you rather not have other people do it for you.

I did mention it in the IRC channel before, but I never made it obvious here (until after you rendered this). Not your fault, but now you know.

Anyway yeah I'll get in touch with puke7 (or if he sees this before, then even better I suppose).

Generally I think most of the ops on IRC the power to redo uploads.

yeah, any botb admin (not just irc ops... check a botbr's profile/posts to look for the "A" badge) can replace a render. i've replaced this one with the mp3 jrlepage wanted to be up.

i agree that any botbr should always be able to replace their own renders, and i'll put that in as a feature request :)
