ok so i did do this 2 days before the battle started (rip). but this photo is from a walk on the side of the roads near me that took 1h20m. the weather (most likely) won't be nice enough again to do this, so i've decided that 2 days is so incredibly close to February that it's legal. disagree? i guess downvote it, but it may be replaced with a legal one (more on that later)
before i distanced myself from botb, i had talked about walking 6 miles (or 9.5km) from My House to Nearest Train Station. my first serious attempt at this occured on 1/30/25 (or 30/1/25), and finished about 4 miles (or 6.4 km) into the journey because it was going to start getting dark and my dad wouldn't've been able to pick me up easily at the time i got finished.
if the weather ends up being nice enough, i'm not in class, and i have enough time before sunset to do this journey once again, i will replace this entry with a photo taken within the period of this battle of the same spot. but i doubt that will happen again

the funny thing is there was no snow on the ground that day, just this creek was frozen in 30-40 degree weather. very odd
