ended up spending so much time on my outro that it became half the song, oops! can you tell i was having fun there? took a little while to get used to this chip but once i did, i enjoyed what it can do!

very effective use of volume envelopes!
also love the rubato in the middle section.

The ending really is nice. It comes across as very "ad-hoc" even though it was in reality pretty meticulously constructed.

on the one hand its a delicately woven track and care has been taken to make it.
on the other, it seemed like the soundchip emulation was off (especially pokeys "brand" on creating the different pitches as they are inexact on the real chip) however i looked into it a bit more and the core furnace uses (ASAP) is reputable so i guess the sounds were just used well to their limits instead.
