to render sndh's (mono)

@kfaraday using those envelope shape/cycle and period control registers? i always avoided them since 80's! :D (too limited and difficult to control, and even on vortextracker, that i actually used in the middle of the process, i have no idea how to use that - i always use ay-3-8910 just like sn76489)
