Your picture is not a chip art or an 8-bit style, it is an original 32 or 64 bit colored image. So you must converted into 8-bit style image, that I discovered and recommended to rendering your image using an 8bit photo lab pro for Android OS Only.

Dithering is pretty cool; even when limited to only 64 colors it's almost indistinguishable from the original
