While Mario is busy throwing a tantrum, Wario is out for a (botb-themed) sledding day!

Yoshi's Island 1. Included various custom sprites representing Bowser's army of reprehensible ailments who have taken a break from their festivities and holiday decorating to assail our hero. Sprite work done in YY-CHR.

Fire flowers? Nope! It's Christmas time, these are obviously snowball flowers

Spent too long trying to get sprites to not be wonky and ended up with not enough time to do custom music, which I realllllly wanted to add in. Ah well. There are six ultimate noob coins to collect and at least one weird bug to find if you so desire!

Love all the palette and sprite changes! The level itself is pretty fun too. I like how it's kind of a series of small challenges, each unique. I had fun collecting all the N00B coins.
edit: also I think I found 6 noob coins, not 5...h4x0rz??!

You are correct! There are six after all

the other thing I really wanted to do given enough time would be to rework the main Mario sprite a bit more so he looks less like Mario. I might actually do this later for fun to see what I would make him look like.

Laughed at the description. Looks like it's an alternate metaverse where Mario flings himself off a cliff and it's up to Wario to rescue Princess Toadstool.
