I sort of want to give this all 7s, but.....no. :P hehe

Maybe if there was more variation/development in general and faster development at the beginning.

Especially this glockenspiel/chiptune hook that begins around 0:45 got really repetitive throughout the song (already on the first listen). I feel that it's repeated way too much there from that point. It's almost as if it's the only playing melody, apart from the two minimoog solos. (They're certainly nice, but to me they don't add enough variation to compensate for that)

I like the accompaniment a lot though! But I feel the repetitive lead hook is sort of ruining it. ;(

(I also hope you don't mind my humble attempt at constructive criticism and there's no hard feelings :P)

It's ok Slimeball. I did repeat the chorus hook a lot of times. I have a strong emotional attachment to that particular melody and just kinda went overboard with the repeats. If I had it to do over again, though, there's only one of them that I would remove. The rest I am completely satisfied with. I feel like I pretty much realised my vision for this tune.

MMmmMmm this is addictive. Slimeball is right about the over-repetitiveness but that is a damn nice repeated hook. Plus the overall feel of this (and this is probably mostly down to the instrumentation) is just so happy and perky... this should be a summer smash hit on the Billboard charts or something.
