SNES-inspired battle art entry. This mimics some of the visual effects seen in many SNES games (mainly, the per-scanline movement used to create the water's movement as well as the waviness of the reflection.) As a bonus, this also follows the limitations of the SNES's 4-layer BG mode!

i do wish the animation was like a tiny bit faster so the clouds wouldn't be quite as choppy in their movement, but very well done overall

Sinc-X: that's probably due to this being in 30 fps. It was originally 60 fps but I had to reduce the frame rate so the file wouldn't be unreasonably large :c
