@NardInYourYard it's a .ptcop, pxtone's file format.

OP, to be eligible for voting in this format you need to render an mp3 of your submission - pxtone lets you export to wav (looping & adding a fade-out is also built-in), so i would recommend doing that then using a tool like lamedrop

to quickly convert that .wav to a .mp3, then upload that render.

usually you submit just an .mp3 to "allgear" format
