I ran out into the middle of a big field in the park and recorded around 3 minutes of ambience with my phone. There was some sort of concert going on in the background so I used PaulXStretch to preserve the tonal elements of it and turn the recordings into pads. I improvised over the pads with a Rhodes sample library.
