So I’m on the dev team for a new synth that (should be) dropping this Fall - and it has massive microtonal capabilities… I had intended on exploring them in much greater depth, but as usual, life got in the way and I ran down to the last day of the compo.
So I just compromised and decided to explore the consonance/dissonance that occurs when you superimpose equal temperament 12-tet and 24-tet (“quarter tone”) scales. This is such a rudimentary implementation of that idea, but hopefully it was still interesting :)

I made a lot of dog music over the years but lately cats seem to have invaded. Meow.
