After hearing Yuzu's entry "Future Re-ference" i really wanted to try using the DPCM channel for chords/accompaniment, because it seemed like a fun idea.

It required me to plan most of the song in ableton, and then export each chord separately, and then import them into famitracker.

The word otter randomly popped into my head when making this song so i decided to name it that. I like to think it was divine intervention/jk

very inspired use of chord samples... and the chords contained within are really tasty too!

agree with everyone, the chords are so good! I like how the arpeggio accompaniment gets quiet during the main melody, it gives it a really nice sense of space

Very nicely done! Always wondered about doing a chip that's minimally sample-based in such a manner and I think you've shown just how well-constructed it can be. With the chords in place, those different waveforms can go to work building the fun melodies!
