It was referenced from an Vietnamese Bootleg of Pokémon Crystal.
Game Crashes with wave Corruption and Glitchy Graphics, Save Data Corrupted, Poor Translation with Bad Language, Bad Gamehacking Code and stuff

Pokémon Vietnamese Crystal is a bootleg copy of Pokémon Crystal, infamous because of its Translation Train Wreck which renders it nearly incomprehensible to any English speaker.
