nsfc was meant to be a format where higher refresh rates arent allowed. i just realized there no note about it in the lyceum, so you probably get a pass on this one, but pls remember in teh future :D/

If we can't accept higher refresh rates for this format, why can we for TIA? At least this isn't completely replacing the entire chip with software mixing that makes the console otherwise unusable.

i think the idea was that we have nsf for that, and nsfc should be aiming for "classic" tunes only, aka no dpcm and no higher refresh rates

If Rushjet1 doesn't know what an NES is we're all in trouble! ;)
