randomly halfway through this song, the image of a scene that i imagined while reading a book popped up in my head. it was about someone travelling through a place between the world of living and the world of death, some kind of mirror-world. and people who died were walking around everywhere, unable to get to the world beyond because their portals were blocked for whatever reason.
