I just so happen to be someone that sometimes has a tendency to produce tracks over ten minutes, so... when and if this comes up, I'll probably come on down and make one. :)

funny idea, but i think it would promote low effort more than actually varied long entries.
short tracks sounds more interesting (like: max length is 30 or 45 seconds)

I like the idea of long tracks.
voting would be hell though
