Any photo is good to enter as long as it uses a long-duration shutter speed.

Slow shutter can be used for various things, such as:

• light painting
• stars photography
• making water look like mist in landscape photography

Most camera should have an option to set the shutter speed, however phones are a reliable choice too! Some are able to let you set the shutter speed with the default camera app, you will probably have to search this feature in something called "pro mode". If it's not the case, you can download an external app such as Open Camera

(Android) or Camera+

(iOS).
