i think i understand what this is but it's still a bit foggy. could you give like an example of how a song for this battle would be named and how it would sound?
Dave Swanson here.
According to multiverse theory, somewhere in some universe will exist one of every licensed game that will ever will be made. Unfortunately my secretary tells me that due to so-called ""laws of physics"" (or budget cuts from God, as I like to call them), science will never be able to let us experience Chef Boyardee Cooking Simulator 1999 for ourselves. So instead, I'm resorting to magic. That's why we hired you, sport. Through the power of magical music chinanery®, we can steal music from another parallel universe and bring it to our own! For maximum profit!!!
Dave Swanson. We're done here.
Make tracks from licensed games that don't exist!
Here's an example: Let's say you decide to make your game, uhhh... "Smuckers Jam-boree Racing". The track you compose should sound like it came from "Smuckers Jam-boree Racing". The game doesn't exist, (last I checked), but the music should convince the listener that it came from that game.
This battle has three rules:
1. The track title and the track itself must be inspired by an already existing, real (or fictional!), company or celebrity.
2. Your track name must be the name of the "game" it comes from
3. Tracks with titles or inspiration similar to an already existing game will be disqualified.
