Let Us In (Sketch)
This might be the Advent Calendar day I found most frustrating (the other contender being the one I didn't do). agargara's entry (Let Us In, 72935) was far and away my favorite from Day 1, so I knew I wanted to take a crack at it, but I've never completed a cover before. I made a version of the chorus that gave me the same chills the original did, then became paralyzed trying to solve the puzzle of rearranging the rest of the song to match it.
Still, covering is a valuable exercise and one I'd like to return to. If that turns out to be what the Decadent Duodecade celebration is about, I'm looking forward to it!

Wow, I am so honored!! I love what you've done with it, I especially like the moving filters on the deedle-deedles, and of course the super warm bass. The ring mod(?) was a good idea for the Martian voice too.
