Actually, .bbsong is not quite an option here - given that you can't run it on the real ZX Spectrum.

.tap is, on the other hand, the tape image which is perfectly readable on a ZX emul (and the real thing, with some tinkery), while .sna and .z80 are the memory snapshots.

i just recorded it from the emulator, idk enough about the actual system to know how that affected the sound
