Heavily inspired by the TIC-80 demo Sijofsjfsoeife (best demo title ever)

Made in Furnace with just 4 channels of TSU (tildearrow sound unit). Loops once (+fadeout)



"Personal stuff"

after my furnace entry, I was more or less... unsure of what to do next

I really, really didn't want my only 2 _{(or 3 if you count my old mix battle art)} entries for this battle to just be an okay mix battle art entry and that furnace entry which, looking back at it, was
basically just a fancy way of past me saying I'm bad at music.

First attempt: A tune with the TIA, POKEY and TED in furnace
...didn;t even create a drumbeat or melody or stuff because furnace doesn't make it clear as to what pitch you're using with the TIA

Second attempt: This.

I figured making a keygen styled song would be nice. And so I immediately rushed to the Wonderswam cover of Sijofsjfsoeife (the original uses like all noise due to its 'extended sound engine' , so this cover would make my life 10x easier)

I also figured since keygen is demoscene music, and demoscene has unique visuals and music, I'd try and add some interesting stuff.

One part uses a sample (there's only 1 in this song), and the ending part before the loop uses sync (while I'm at it, sync works weird on the TSU, the "modulating" channel needs at least a volume of 2 for it to actually modulate the "carrier" channel, and that modulating channel is the one AFTER the carrier, not before (like that on the SID))
