been mulling over how much i should change this, especially considering the recently added writist class and the pretenses for that. decided to bite the bullet in the end, so if anyone is hurt by any cameo or reference in this work, it wasn't my intent and i apologize for it. all of the cameos here were done in good faith and i hope it comes across as such.

i had this idea for a while, a conceptual catalog that used ansi primarily as the graphical medium. i even started drafting up a zine for it and everything, but i ended up scrapping it until ansi came up for this winter chip
this one was really tricky to do, balancing the art itself and the writing so that it didn't end up becoming a writist entry with an ansi coat of paint. hope it was enough in the end. lots of botbr cameos and references in this one, lots of jabs at the silicon valley economy, you get the jist. it's good to get back to this format :)

Unpacking the details here carefully, this is great. The references! (I'm sure there were some that I missed). There are a ton of little details I could call out. T'Storms. Winter Chip Fighter. Diagrams showcasing port closeups. Z tracker.
This as a whole presented as a publication is really clever. It melds disparate parts together in a way in which only you could do (this is what I meant with my earlier comment). kudos to you, I'll buy an extra copy for my mom, please.
