Created as part of a video game soundtrack. The Ice Locker area is something like Norfair, except...cold. Description from uTorrent i mean Collective:

The Ice Locker area is accessible as soon as you reach the Pit zone, but you're not likely to get far. The cold atmosphere drains both Inner Fire and HP, and the lower your Inner Fire, the faster your HP drains.

If you've been leveling up in Hardcore, you may get the Fire Shield ability, which gives you temporary cold protection. Cyber's Meditate is also a good choice.

If you come back with the Hookshot, you should be ready to tackle the Locker, but it's a hell run no matter what. Only some wicked speedrunners will be able to clear the area very early in the game. While the Hookshot normally can't attach to metal(and the Ice Locker is entirely metal), it's completely iced over, so you'll have no problem getting around.
