this is such a cool and creative thing to hear on this system - bravo, and i definitely hear the arvo part influence. making old machines do stuff like this off the usual path is what it's all about to me :D

Hakodate Sunrise
Composed over the last couple of chilly, chilly days - thanks to The Diad for alerting me to the fact that Winter Chip XX is open to SID entries from the off, and for his usual kind encouragement.
I was aiming for something like Arvo Pärt's classic piece Spiegel im Spiegel... but in 5/4 time... and Mixolydian. It is not a banger.
I once went up Mount Hakodate to check out the view at sunset, but it was too foggy to see much. So, here's what I imagine a wintry Hakodate sunrise might sound (?!) like.
