if I had a complaint, it'd probably be that there's not quite enough bass -- the low frequency is maybe a bit thin. Still, that part doesn't particularly suck much because the hoovering is so phaaaaaaat that you don't really notice at first. :P
Otherwise it's hard to criticize because it's legit one of my favorite entries. Sorry, you'll have to do worse next time if you want more criticism. x:

If the sample is a problem, instead of a grounding, maybe it's better to talk to him (preferably during the entry period, if possible) to discuss a solution, like removing the sample.

Well, in this case, seems it wasn't, since the problem was found during the voting period. But I still think Tilde should 'fix' his song (make a version without that sample, or with someone else saying "Oppan Gangnam Style" exclusively for that track (I really liked that detail for an unknown reason)) and send to an admin or something to avoid possible problems with copyright and stuff.
